§ 18-73. Compliance with state rules.

All persons holding food service establishment permits in the city shall operate in accordance with the state board of health regulations as established by state law. The health officer shall have the authority to enforce such state regulations within the city and shall notify the board of public works and safety of any revocation of a food service establishment permit within the city.
