§ 18-145. Violations; penalties.

Whoever violates the terms of this article shall be fined the sum of $150.00 with each day that a violation continues considered to be a separate offense. In addition, the city may take such civil action as provided by law, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief or abatement of a nuisance.
