§ 2-283. Other operating costs.

All other operating costs of the city-county planning department which benefit the city and county equally shall be shared equally. However, where items or employees are clearly city only or county only in terms of benefit and purpose, the cost thereof shall be born by the benefited unit of government. At present, such items include, but shall not be limited to, county attorney fees, payment to county plan commission members for meeting attendance and payment by the city for the services of a recording secretary.
