§ 2-285. Joint executive committee; executive director.

A joint executive committee comprised of the officers of both the city and county plan commissions shall be established, which committee shall, in addition to filling an advisory role on joint activities, be responsible for employing an executive director to head the staff of the city-county planning department. The executive director shall be responsible to each plan commission in accordance with their respective bylaws.
