§ 2-304. Dissolution.

Pursuant to IC 8-10-5-4, the city may expend funds not otherwise appropriated to defray the expense of surveys and examinations incidental to the purposes of PAL. Subject to making due provisions for payment and performance of its obligations, PAL may be dissolved by the city, and in such event the properties of PAL shall be transferred to the city.
