§ 30-63. Authority.

This article is adopted under the authority granted by IC 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment of this article for controlling illegal stormwater discharges and illicit connections in the city.
