§ 30-114. Authority.

This article is adopted under the authority granted by IC 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment of this article for controlling soil erosion in the city by and through the stormwater management board.
