§ 30-159. Authority.

This article is adopted under the authority granted by Indiana Code 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment of this article for control of post construction stormwater runoff in the city.
