§ 62-31. Maintaining shrubs more than four feet in height over certain places.

  • It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any lot in the city to maintain, or permit to be maintained, any shrub, or other similar growth, more than four feet in height above the top of the curb between the sidewalk and the curb in front of or along the side of such lot within 15 feet of the intersection of any street or any street and alley in the city.
