§ 2-287. Conflicting provisions concerning the building commissioner.

The responsibility of the city building commissioner for the inspection of major construction in unincorporated areas of the county, as required by a resolution adopted by the county commissioners on June 21, 1982, and the city common council on July 6, 1982, shall continue. The payment by the county of health insurance benefits for full-time department employees shall be considered compensation to the city for services rendered by the building commission. To the extent that this division conflicts in any way with the resolution adopted on the dates set forth in this section, this division shall apply.
