§ 2-288. Payroll coordination.

  • The county auditor's office shall make quarterly payments to the city clerk-treasurer's office to cover the county's share of the payroll for department employees. The city clerk-treasurer's office shall, in turn, be solely responsible for issuing payroll checks to department employees and making all authorized deductions from such payroll.
