§ 38-31. Signs, etc., on posts and poles.

  • (a)

    Permission required. It shall be unlawful for any person to paint, nail, stick, paste or in any manner attach any sign, device, poster, handbill, advertisement or picture of any description upon any post, telegraph, telephone or electric light pole, without having first obtained the permission of the owner or agent of the owner.

    (b)

    Violations; penalties. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $10.00.
