§ 38-32. Advertisements on fences, buildings, etc.

  • Any person who shall stick up any bill, card or advertisement, or paint with any composition whatsoever, any letters, signs or words as an advertisement on any building, fence or other place in the city, without first obtaining the permission of the owner or occupant of such building, shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum of not less than $1.00, nor more than $10.00 for each and every offense.
