§ 50-3. Leaves, weeds, snow and ice on sidewalks.

Property owners within the city shall keep the sidewalks adjacent to their premises clear of leaves, weeds, snow and ice, and it shall be unlawful for any such property owner to allow any of such materials to remain upon their sidewalks.
