§ 54-32. Traffic signs, signals and street markings.

(a)

There shall be placed and maintained official signs, signals and street markings at places and points where necessary and practicable for the guidance, instruction and regulation of drivers and pedestrians conforming to the provisions of this chapter, and such signs, signals, directions and markings shall be observed and complied with. Vehicles shall be parked wholly within the pavement marking designating where and how the vehicles shall be parked.

(b)

All traffic control signs, signals, devices and markings in place on the adoption date of this Code are ratified.
