§ 54-101. Fines and fees.

(a)

Deposit. All license fees, parking fees, parking meter and mechanical device rental fees, parking space rental and fines recovered from violations of any of the parking ordinances of the city shall be deposited with the clerk-treasurer of the city.

(b)

Parking lot and meter fund. The clerk-treasurer shall keep and maintain a special fund known as the "parking lot and meter fund" and shall deposit the funds described in subsection (a) of this section in such special fund.

(c)

Disbursement. Funds deposited shall be disbursed at the direction of the board of public works and safety for no other purpose than those specified in IC 36-9-12-7.
