§ 54-102. Fifteen-minute waiting zones.

To afford short-time parking, 15-minute waiting zones are hereby established, which shall be appropriately marked and designated by signs upon the curb. Approximately one-fourth to one-third of the available parking space shall be devoted to such purposes as the necessities demand, and no vehicle shall park in such waiting zones when marked and designated by signs for a longer continuous period than 15 minutes during the days and hours thereof.
