§ 58-131. Public service commission jurisdiction abolished.

The water utility owned by the city and controlled and operated by its utility service board is removed from the jurisdiction of the state utility regulatory commission for the approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes or other evidence of indebtedness.
