§ 58-225. Sewer connection fees.

(a)

If a sewer connection is made from any lot, parcel of real estate or building directly to one of the sewers, construction of which is financed by the revenue bonds issued by the city and thus precluding any assessment or charge against such lot, parcel of real estate or building for benefits from a local or lateral sewer under the improvement laws of the state, a connection charge in accordance with the following schedule of charges shall be levied against such lot, parcel of real estate or building, and, if not paid as required in this section, shall be collected in the manner provided by statute:

(b)

Multifamily residential units will be charged at a rate of $180.00 per living unit connected.
