Ord. No. 2013-16, Art. X, adopted July 1, 2013, repealed Article III, §§ 62-91—62-99, of the Code. Articles I—IX of said ordinance reenacted a new Article III, as set out herein. The former article pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2011-09, Arts. I—IX, adopted April 4, 2011.
