§ 6-10. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any duty imposed by this chapter or commits any act declared hereby to be unlawful shall be fined $100.00 for the first offense; $250.00 for the second offense within 12 months of the first offense; and $500.00 for the third or subsequent offense within 12 months of the second offense.
