§ 6-9. Constitutionality.

In the event any section of this chapter or part thereof is decided by any court of lawful jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any other portion thereof which can be given reasonable effect without the provisions held to be unconstitutional or invalid.
