Ord. No. 2010-16, § 10, adopted July 6, 2010, repealed the former ch. 6, §§ 6-1—6-14, and enacted a new ch. 6 as set out herein. The former ch. 6 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2002-40, §§ 1, 3—9, 11, 13—17, adopted Dec. 2, 2002.
