§ 2-3. Violations subject to civil penalties.

The following schedule of ordinances (hereinafter referred to as "Ord.") and the Logansport Municipal Code (hereinafter referred to as "LMC") provisions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinance violation bureau and violations of such ordinances and code provisions shall be subject to the civil penalty set forth:
